ATM IT Project Manager

About the Job:
As an ATM IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing ATM, kiosk, and self-service channel applications and infrastructure. Your primary focus will be on overseeing payment/ATM switch operations, ensuring 24x7 monitoring and timely resolution of critical incidents, and coordinating with various cross-functional teams. You'll also manage vendors, drive compliance, and support new projects and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage ATM, kiosk, and self-service channel applications and infrastructure.
• Own payment/ATM switch operations, transaction routing, connectivity, and performance.
• Ensure 24x7 monitoring, availability, and timely resolution of critical incidents.
• Lead incident, problem and change management, including root cause analysis and permanent fixes.
• Coordinate with Cards, Payments, Core Banking, Network, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Operations teams.
• Manage technology vendors, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), escalations, and service reviews.
• Support new projects, enhancements, integrations, upgrades, and migrations.
• Ensure compliance with bank security, audit, disaster recovery (DR), and regulatory requirements.
• Drive automation, proactive monitoring, and continuous improvement.

Required Experience:

• Years of IT experience, preferably in banking/payments.
• Strong experience in ATM, payment switch, and self-service channels.
• Good understanding of card transactions, authorization, reversals, timeouts, and reconciliation.
• Experience in production support, ITIL processes, and vendor management.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
