Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily workplace and meeting room readiness checks.
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot AV systems including Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Logitech Rally, Neat, Poly, and Yealink solutions.
- Support displays, interactive panels, digital signage, wireless presentation systems, cameras, microphones, speakers, HDMI, and USB-C connectivity.
- Conduct preventive maintenance, equipment inspections, cable management, and health checks.
- Provide first-level technical support for meeting rooms, AV equipment, docking stations, and workplace peripherals.
- Set up and support meetings, presentations, and corporate events, ensuring all AV equipment functions properly.
- Coordinate with vendors for maintenance, firmware updates, and issue resolution.
- Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports and recommend continuous improvements to enhance workplace technology and collaboration experiences.
- Escalate unresolved incidents and ensure timely resolution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Electronics, AV Technology, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Audio Visual (AV) or Workplace Technology Support.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, and enterprise AV solutions.
- Knowledge of conferencing systems, displays, collaboration technologies, and meeting room infrastructure.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to support on-site events and work in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with AV preventive maintenance and workplace technology operations.
- Familiarity with digital signage, interactive displays, and wireless presentation systems.
- Experience coordinating with third-party AV vendors and managing operational documentation.
