Automated Operations Engineer

As a Graduate Automated Operations Engineer, you will leverage your network expertise and analytical thinking in a customer-service-oriented role to ensure efficient operation of our networks. You will gain hands-on experience across different operational areas, focusing on monitoring live mobile networks and promptly resolving issues to maintain service continuity.

Location: Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Work Conditions:

• Full-time
• On-site
• 12-month contract with rotational shift model (including day and night shifts)

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor a live mobile network 24/7, addressing issues to avoid service disruption, including critical services such as emergency calls.
• Coordinate and manage 1st Level proactive and reactive maintenance activities to ensure service availability and meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) standards.
• Open and manage customer trouble tickets and process service orders using various operational systems.
• Conduct trend analysis of end-user performance and network faults to identify potential customer issues early.
• Collaborate on developing new solutions to meet evolving customer requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Telecommunications, Electrical, Software, or a related technical field)
• Understanding or strong interest in telecommunications networks and 5G technology
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
• Strong analytical and technical thinking skills
• Ability to communicate clearly, solve problems, collaborate and work within a team
• Available to work in a rotational shift environment
