Responsibilities
- Lead and manage project development from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scopes and objectives while involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Utilize AI-related techniques and tools to analyze data, streamline processes, and drive innovation in project deliverables.
- Monitor project performance, analyze data, and prepare reports for stakeholders on the health of ongoing projects, highlighting areas for improvement.
- Ensure adherence to corporate governance, compliance, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Act as a primary point of contact for project stakeholders, facilitating communication and resolving any issues that arise during project execution.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project management within a corporate or structured environment, preferably in insurance or asset management sectors.
- Strong knowledge of AI-related tools and methodologies, including but not limited to:
- (Generative) Artificial Intelligence or GenAI or AI
- Data Analysis
- (Microsoft) Copilot
- ChatGPT
- Proficient in programming languages and frameworks such as Python, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Experience with data modeling, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and machine learning techniques.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
