Position

As an Automation Engineer, you will serve as the architect of our operational efficiency, orchestrating complex business logic across our Real Estate and Mortgage ecosystems. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing, building, and maintaining high-performance BPMN workflows in Camunda 8 for sales and mortgage operations automation.
  • Developing custom components using Node.js and JavaScript for microservices and API communication.
  • Integrating our CRM with internal platforms and third-party services to ensure data consistency throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Implementing error handling, monitoring, and logging solutions to ensure system reliability.
  • Leading incident response and performance optimization for all live workflow processes.
  • Collaborating with product leaders and architects to define integration patterns and technical documentation standards.
  • Translating complex business requirements into automated technical flows.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong professional experience in backend development with Node.js and JavaScript.
  • A deep understanding of APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
  • Proven experience with event-driven architectures and asynchronous processing.
  • Hands-on experience with Camunda 8 (BPMN 2.0) or similar orchestration engines like Temporal or Airflow.
  • Proficiency with integration tools and patterns, such as Salesforce APIs, Kafka, or RabbitMQ.
  • Experience in managing CI/CD pipelines and Git-based development workflows.
  • Ability to create monitoring dashboards and alerts for high system uptime.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within an agile, cross-functional team.
