You will be responsible for owning the company’s internal n8n implementation, including its initial deployment, scaling, workflow development, and long-term governance. Your role will involve embedding deeply across various teams to solve operational challenges with technical rigor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and own the company’s automation platform, focusing on hands-on development in n8n and other no-code/low-code tools.
  • Design and implement end-to-end workflow automations across various departments including Finance, Compliance, Product, Operations, Engineering, and Support.
  • Identify and eliminate operational inefficiencies through scalable automations.
  • Build both code and no-code automations, selecting the appropriate approach based on complexity and durability.
  • Integrate internal and external systems, connecting APIs and tools into unified automated workflows.
  • Establish workflow standards, best practices, and monitoring frameworks to ensure long-term stability.
  • Collaborate with leaders to identify high-impact automation opportunities and contribute to the company’s enterprise automation roadmap.

Skills Required:

  • Strong systems engineering background with experience in internal tooling or automation platforms.
  • Deep expertise in n8n or similar workflow orchestration tools (e.g., Zapier, Make.com).
  • Experience in startup or 0→1 environments, with the ability to create structure where none exists.
  • Proven capacity to manage projects from discovery through to maintenance.
  • Familiarity with API integration, internal tools, and databases into automated workflows.
  • Excellent collaboration skills across multiple teams (Product, Engineering, Finance, etc.).
  • Clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
