The Power Platform Lead will serve as a bridge between business and technical teams, enabling scalable digital transformation through automation, AI-driven copilots, and data-driven insights.
Key Accountabilities:
- Automation Architecture & Platform Leadership: Architect, design, and implement enterprise-grade automation solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio. Define and enforce governance, solution design principles, and environment strategies.
- Enterprise Integration & Fitment Definition: Lead fitment assessment discussions for new automation use cases; evaluate system interdependencies and define integration architecture.
- Leadership & Delivery Management: Lead cross-functional low-code development teams, ensuring technical quality and delivery efficiency. Mentor team members on design, reusability, and governance.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Business Partnership: Engage with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical automation blueprints; ensure alignment with the organizational digital transformation roadmap.
- Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Promote AI-infused automation, identify optimization opportunities, and stay abreast of the Power Platform roadmap.
Qualification and Experience:
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline. 10+ years in application development with 5+ years in a Power Platform technical lead position.
- Proven expertise in Microsoft Power Platform — Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio.
- Experience integrating Power Platform with SharePoint, Azure, SQL Server, and enterprise systems like Oracle/CRM.
- Proficiency in PowerFX, SQL, and basic scripting for automation orchestration.
- Demonstrated experience in leading multi-team delivery and managing sprints.
