We are seeking an experienced Automation Lead to spearhead the design and review of cutting-edge robotic automation solutions for manufacturing processes of any production plant. This senior role combines technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, focusing on industrial robotic solutions that transform existing manual manufacturing processes into automation using articulated robots, motors, sensors, and actuators.
Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership:
- Develop and execute robotic automation strategies that enhance manufacturing productivity, quality, and safety.
- Engage with clients to assess existing processes and the feasibility of automation.
- Lead discussions with global manufacturers of robots, conveyors, servo motors, and vision systems.
- Oversee assembly line automation projects from concept through implementation.

Solution Development & Management:
- Suggest and design automation solutions based on best practices.
- Design and architect end-to-end robotic applications tailored to specific manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated automation solutions.
- Manage the complete solution lifecycle, from system design to deployment and support.

Project & Team Leadership:
- Lead multidisciplinary automation engineering teams.
- Mentor senior automation engineers and foster technical expertise.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

Technical Expertise:
- Stay current with emerging automation technologies and industry best practices.
- Analyze manufacturing processes to identify and develop optimized robotic solutions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
Required Qualifications:

Experience & Background:
- 10-12 years in industrial automation and robotics.
- Proven track record in leading robotic automation projects in manufacturing environments.
- Strong background in assembly line automation and robotic application development.

Technical Skills:
- Expert-level knowledge of industrial robotic systems and automation technologies.
- Proficiency in robotic programming languages and automation software platforms.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and production optimization.

Leadership & Communication:
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and manage complex projects.
- Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
- Strong project management skills with a focus on delivering results.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation Engineering.
- Professional certifications in robotics or automation technologies are preferred.
Language Requirements:
- Proficiency in English is required. Additional language skills may be advantageous.
Industry Experience:
- Experience in automotive, electronics, or other high-volume manufacturing industries.
- Knowledge of Industry 4.0 technologies and smart manufacturing concepts.
Candidates with previous experience in design management, product management, application management, or solution management roles are encouraged to apply.
