AV Consultants and IT Engineer

The company is seeking a results-driven AV/IT Consultant with over 10 years of experience, who specializes in the design, engineering, and commissioning of complex Enterprise Command Centers (ECC). The role requires expertise in bridging disparate AV, IoT, and building automation subsystems into centralized, unified management platforms. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of architecting scalable control environments that streamline facility-wide monitoring, diagnostics, and operational oversight.

Core Competencies:

• ECC & Unified Management Systems: Enterprise control architecture, dashboard centralization, centralized diagnostic logging.
• Controller Integration: Experience with Crestron (Fusion/XiO), Extron (GlobalViewer), AMX (RMS), and Biamp Tesira.
• System Convergence: Proficiency in Audio DSPs (Dante, Q-SYS), Video-over-IP (VoIP/AVoIP), VTC infrastructure (Cisco, Poly), and Digital Signage.
• Consulting & Lifecycle: Skills in needs assessment, RFP/tender development, cross-trade coordination, vendor management, and system commissioning.
