AV Consultants and Systems Engineer

We are looking for a results-driven Audio-Visual Consultant and Systems Engineer with extensive experience in the design, integration, programming, and commissioning of enterprise AV systems. The ideal candidate will have expertise in control systems programming, DSP configurations, and automation, and will be adept at bridging client requirements with scalable AV-over-IP and Unified Communications (UC) solutions.

Core Competencies:

• Control System Programming: Proficient in Crestron (SIMPL+, SIMPL Windows, VT Pro-e), Extron (Global Configurator), AMX (NetLinx).
• DSP Configuration & Audio: Experienced with Biamp Tesira, QSC Q-SYS, BSS Soundweb, Shure Microflex, Dante Level.
• Video & Collaboration: Knowledgeable in Cisco WebEx, Zoom Rooms, Polycom, VTC Codecs, H.323/SIP, AV-over-IP (SDVoE, Dante AV).
• Consulting & Design: Skilled in Site Surveys, Needs Analysis, CAD/Visio System Layouts, T&C Method Statements.
• Infrastructure & Networking: Familiar with TCP/IP, VLAN Configuration, QoS Settings, Network Security.
