Key Responsibilities:

AI Program Governance & Delivery: Establish and manage a centralized governance system for all AI programs, ensuring structured lifecycle management from ideation to deployment.

Portfolio Prioritization & Resource Optimization: Drive prioritization linked to business value and optimize AI infrastructure and delivery capacity.

Execution Oversight: Monitor progress, risks, and dependencies to ensure timely delivery of AI initiatives, implementing standardized program management frameworks and reporting.

Value Realization: Define and monitor KPIs associated with business outcomes and ensure measurable value realization.

AI Governance & Compliance: Ensure compliance with internal governance and regulatory guidelines, embedding responsible AI principles.

Stakeholder Management: Engage with senior stakeholders across various departments and provide executive-level reporting.

Vendor & Partner Management: Oversee delivery partners and ensure alignment with delivery standards.
Decision Making Authority:
- Responsible for AI program portfolio governance and outcomes.
- Recommends prioritization, funding allocation, and execution strategies.
- Escalates critical risks to senior leadership.
- Approves program-level frameworks and governance controls.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

Experience: 12–15+ years in technology program management, with a strong emphasis on AI/ML initiatives, preferably in banking or financial services.

Skills: Strong expertise in program management and portfolio governance, understanding of AI/ML lifecycle, regulatory frameworks, and stakeholder management at the executive level. Must possess strong analytical and communication skills.
