Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of early career solution architects, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their roles.
- Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, managing resources, timelines, and budgets for successful outcomes.
- Technical Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of emerging technologies and best practices in solution architecture, providing technical leadership to the team.
- Communication: Effectively convey technical concepts and architectural designs to both technical and non-technical audiences to foster understanding.
- Problem-Solving: Analyze complex business and technical challenges, identifying opportunities for innovation and optimization.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous learning within the team, encouraging knowledge sharing and skill development to enhance performance.
Basic Qualifications
- 6+ years of enterprise IT application work, including at least 2 years of hands-on software development or DevOps engineering experience.
- 2+ years of experience architecting or operating solutions built on cloud service providers like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- 4+ years of technology solutions development, including end-to-end technology roadmaps that guide IT transformations to cloud computing.
- Demonstrable experience in coaching and developing teams.
- Bachelor's degree.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience architecting, migrating, transforming, or modernizing customer requirements to the cloud.
