Position

About the Role
This freelance opportunity is designed for experienced technical specialists with deep expertise in AWS Trainium and the Neuron Kernel Interface (NKI). You will audit technical tasks used to train and evaluate AI systems, ensuring they are accurate, realistic, reproducible, and technically rigorous. The role focuses on reviewing accelerator-focused workflows, model compilation, optimization approaches, and kernel execution behavior. You will assess whether tasks can be reliably solved and validated through appropriate tests and evaluation criteria. Your technical judgment will help identify hardware acceleration inefficiencies, kernel execution bugs, and logic errors that could affect AI evaluation quality. The project provides an opportunity to apply specialized knowledge of AI accelerators and kernel development to challenging, real-world technical scenarios. As a freelance contributor, you will work independently and directly influence the quality and reliability of AI training and evaluation workflows.
