The Finance team at the company is crucial for maintaining clarity and confidence across our operations. They play a vital role in assessing risk, guiding decisions, and driving growth within the company. We are currently seeking an exceptional Business Analyst to provide technical support for the implementation and enhancement of our Axiom platform, ensuring compliance with global regulatory obligations and business needs.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Managing the Axiom platform end-to-end, including workflow execution, file configurations, debugging, and resolving platform-related issues.
- Leading/supporting Axiom implementations for new entities and regulatory reports.
- Administering Axiom workflows and templates.
- Maintaining platform security by managing user groups and permissions.
- Coordinating with technology teams to resolve user issues and deliver platform fixes.
- Supporting software upgrades and enhancements.
- Translating business goals into structured requirements and specifications.
- Developing documentation and playbooks for scalable delivery.
- Assisting global regulatory teams with EBA reporting, ensuring alignment across departments.
- Performing gap analyses and escalating risks as necessary.
What You'll Need:
- Hands-on experience with SQL for data analysis and report validation.
- Knowledge of financial products and regulatory requirements.
- Experience maintaining cloud-based Axiom installations and managing upgrade cycles.
- Expertise in documenting business requirements and writing functional specifications.
- Familiarity with regulatory reporting frameworks, particularly EBA reporting.
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management across multiple time zones.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Language Requirements:
Proficiency in English is expected, additional language skills may be beneficial.
