We are seeking an experienced and self-driven Azure Platform Administrator to manage and support our Azure-based data platform infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Azure Databricks, Data Lake, and Data Factory, with a primary focus on platform administration, environment stability, access management, monitoring, and performance optimization. You will work closely with engineering and data teams to ensure secure, reliable, and scalable data platform operations across the organization.

Accountabilities:
- Evaluate business needs and objectives
- Identify opportunities for data acquisition
- Analyze and organize raw data
- Create and maintain optimal data pipeline architecture
- Interpret trends and patterns; build algorithms and prototypes
- Assemble large, complex data sets that meet functional and non-functional business requirements
- Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements, including automating manual processes and optimizing data delivery
- Build the infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from various data sources using SQL and big data technologies
- Build analytics tools to provide actionable insights into customer acquisition, operational efficiency, and other key business performance metrics
Education & Experience:
- Graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related quantitative field
- 4–6 years of experience in a Platform Administrator role or a similar infrastructure-focused position
- Proven experience in Azure platform administration, including network and VPN integration, access control, and security best practices
- Advanced knowledge of Azure Databricks, Data Factory, Data Lake, and Synapse Analytics is required
- Strong SQL skills with experience in both relational and non-relational databases
- Experience in building and managing processes for data transformation, metadata management, dependency tracking, and workload orchestration
