B-end Product Designer Intern

We are the Workplace Service team, responsible for building systems for administration, real estate, physical security, and health. Our goal is to implement Bytedance's advanced management concepts and to provide employees with a safe, efficient, and enjoyable work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Deeply understand business and user needs, transforming them into high-quality product designs.
• Responsible for the iteration and full process management of B-end products, ensuring high-quality launches.
• Quickly iterate based on data analysis.
• Focus on user experience, refining product direction through research and data analysis.

Requirements: Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above, graduating in 2025.
• Strong sense of product responsibility, self-driven, and results-oriented.
• Clear logic, enjoys analyzing the essence of things, and excels at systematically solving problems.
• Good team communication skills and project promotion capabilities.
• Proficient in English as a working language.

Preferred qualifications:

• Relevant internship experience in internet product positions preferred.
• Be available to start in May 2025.
