B2B Marketing Manager

About the Role
We are looking for a B2B Marketing Manager who combines strategic thinking with practical execution to strengthen our market presence and generate qualified corporate sales opportunities. This role reports directly to the CEO and works closely with Sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop the marketing plan, define target segments, and create clear messaging for each audience.
• Improve website content, company presentations, sales materials, and client case studies.
• Lead content and design activities and coordinate external service providers.
• Manage digital campaigns, SEO, website improvements, and social media channels.
• Build campaigns for target accounts in collaboration with Sales.
• Measure lead quality, acquisition costs, and marketing’s contribution to signed contracts.
• Manage the approved marketing budget and evaluate campaigns, exhibitions, and other initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of marketing experience, including marketing services to businesses and leading projects or teams.
• Practical experience in lead generation and measuring commercial results.
• Ability to manage campaigns, content, websites, and external agencies or freelancers.
• Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to explain services clearly.
• Professional proficiency in Arabic and English.
• Experience in the Saudi market and operational services, real estate, or hospitality is preferred.
