About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven B2B Sales Executive to develop business opportunities, acquire corporate clients, and grow business-to-business sales within the insurance industry in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying prospective business customers, building relationships with companies and insurance brokers, presenting suitable insurance solutions, preparing sales proposals, negotiating commercial terms, and supporting the achievement of revenue and client acquisition targets. This opportunity is suitable for candidates with experience in roles such as B2B Sales Executive, Corporate Sales Executive, Business Development Executive, Insurance Sales Executive, or Commercial Sales Representative. Experience selling corporate insurance products, including group medical insurance, employee benefits, property and casualty insurance, or other business insurance solutions is advantageous. The ideal candidate will be proactive in lead generation, relationship management, sales pipeline development, and securing new corporate accounts.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and approach prospective corporate clients, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and large businesses to generate new insurance sales opportunities.
- Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to acquire new business accounts and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Promote relevant business insurance solutions, including group medical insurance, employee benefits, property insurance, liability insurance, and other corporate insurance products according to the company's portfolio.
- Generate qualified sales leads through prospecting, cold calling, email outreach, networking, referrals, business directories, and client meetings.
- Build and maintain relationships with business owners, HR managers, finance managers, procurement teams, decision-makers, and corporate stakeholders.
- Conduct client meetings to understand business requirements, insurance coverage needs, budgets, and renewal timelines.
- Present insurance products, coverage options, policy benefits, and commercial proposals in a clear and professional manner.
- Prepare sales quotations, proposals, presentations, and client documentation in coordination with underwriting and insurance operations teams.
- Follow up on quotations, proposals, negotiations, and pending client decisions to convert prospects into active corporate accounts.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within approved company guidelines and coordinate with authorized teams regarding policy terms and coverage.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and update lead status, customer interactions, meeting notes, quotations, and sales forecasts in the CRM system.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Insurance, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience as a B2B Sales Executive, Corporate Sales Executive, Business Development Executive, Insurance Sales Executive, or Account Executive is preferred.
- Experience in corporate insurance sales, commercial insurance, group medical insurance, employee benefits, or financial services is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated experience in B2B sales, corporate client acquisition, lead generation, account management, or business development.
- Understanding of insurance products, policy coverage, quotations, renewals, premiums, and the corporate insurance sales process is beneficial.
- Experience selling products or services to SMEs, large organizations, corporate accounts, or institutional customers.
- Ability to identify business opportunities, qualify leads, develop sales proposals, and manage a sales pipeline.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, sales reporting tools, Microsoft Excel, and presentation software.
