Responsibilities:

  • Establish a proven and sustainable pipeline for ByteDance's innovative technology solutions and expand BytePlus business across the MEA region.
  • Maintain key customer relationships and develop strategies to expand the company’s customer base by driving new client adoption in various MEA countries through collaborative selling.
  • Execute the Go-to-Market Strategy and drive revenue growth via effective sales closure activities. Actively lead and monitor demand generation, owning the end-to-end sales process and ensuring a comprehensive understanding of BytePlus's products and solutions.
  • Provide accurate reporting on sales and business activities and forecasting.
  • Ensure smooth customer onboarding and drive full adoption and usage of our solutions, ensuring high customer satisfaction and generating further referrals.

Requirements:
Minimum qualifications:

  • A completed bachelor's degree.
  • At least 5 years of B2B sales experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, resilience, and capability in developing and entering new markets while effectively managing client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders on complex business and technology topics.
  • Agile, entrepreneurial, and extremely results-oriented with a can-do attitude.
  • Proficient in English communication.

Preferred qualifications:

  • A background in computer science or engineering is preferred, and an MBA is a plus.
  • Experience in industries such as telecommunications, cloud computing, video cloud, or AI/ML; consultative or solution sales experience is advantageous.
  • Strong resources and relationships with regional customers and partners, proven track records, and a deep understanding of Pan Internet sectors such as gaming, eCommerce, media, and social networking.
  • Additional language proficiency (Russian, Arabic, French, etc.) is highly desirable for this role, as it involves collaboration with clients from various MENA countries.
  • Background or experience in consulting will be beneficial.
