B2B Sales Manager

About the Role
We are looking for a B2B Sales Manager to lead our sales team, develop corporate business opportunities, and build profitable, long-term client relationships. This role reports directly to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop the sales plan, set team targets, and coach team members to improve performance.
• Manage the sales pipeline through our CRM and provide reliable forecasts and performance reports.
• Lead negotiations and support the team in closing major contracts and strategic accounts.
• Coordinate with Operations to confirm accommodation capacity and readiness before making client commitments.
• Work with Finance on pricing, margins, and payment terms.
• Collaborate with Marketing to develop effective customer acquisition channels.
• Ensure a smooth handover to Account Management after contracts are signed.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of B2B sales experience, including 2 years leading a sales team.
• A demonstrated track record of achieving targets, closing contracts, and managing the full sales cycle.
• Experience in the Saudi market and proficiency with CRM systems.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, coaching, and reporting skills.
• Professional proficiency in Arabic and English.
• Experience in operational services, facilities management, hospitality, or real estate is preferred.
