B2B Sales officer -Tamheer Program

About the Role
This is a training opportunity through the Tamheer program for the role of B2B Sales Officer. The trainee will gain practical experience in supporting sales activities, attracting new corporate clients, and maintaining relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of sales plans and achievement of monthly and quarterly targets.
• Identify potential corporate clients and promote the company’s products and services.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and maintain strong business relationships.
• Monitor market developments and report relevant business opportunities.
• Suggest improvements to sales processes and customer service.
• Prepare regular sales activity reports and maintain accurate client records.
• Maintain the confidentiality of client and company information.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Administration or a related field; a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration is preferred.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Working knowledge of Arabic is preferred.
• Must not be currently employed in the public or private sector.
• Total previous work experience must not exceed one year.
