Responsibilities
- Direct the analysis of high-risk or strategic projects, defining analysis standards for the organization.
- Set the business analysis framework, templates, and best practices across the organization or business unit.
- Oversee requirements elicitation, process mapping, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for complex initiatives.
- Foster an open-minded, yet demanding atmosphere with a focus on knowledge transfer.
- Lead with courage, empathy, assertiveness, and effective communication skills under pressure.
