Back-End Java Engineer

As a Back-End Java Engineer, you will be responsible for the design and development of back-end systems and the financial middle platform for internet financial credit products. This involves continuously adapting to business changes and user needs. Key responsibilities include conducting requirement analysis, high-level and detailed design, functional development, and creating technical documentation for projects; performing daily system maintenance, identifying existing issues, and implementing continuous optimizations and improvements; and participating in the development of credit product back-end systems.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of Java development experience, with a preference for experience in leading tech companies in China.
• Strong foundation in Java, familiarity with J2EE architecture, and proficiency in IO, multithreading, collections, and other core frameworks.
• Knowledgeable in distributed systems, caching, and messaging mechanisms.
• Strong skills in system analysis and architectural design, with practical experience in software system analysis and design methodologies.
• Proficiency in Spring Cloud, Dubbo, MyBatis frameworks, unit testing, TDD, Linux, and UML.
• Skilled in MySQL database usage and capable of optimizing its performance.
• Excellent logical analysis, communication, and quick learning abilities; highly responsible, proactive, and able to work under pressure with strong team collaboration skills.
• Experience in internet financial credit product-related projects is preferred.
• A sense of product ownership is an advantage.
• Proficient in English and able to use it as a working language.
