Job Objectives:
- Architect, design, and develop reactive, scalable, high-performance backend services using .NET Core within a microservices architecture.
- Lead technical initiatives by setting coding standards, conducting design reviews, and ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Own the end-to-end development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Optimize backend services for performance, scalability, and reliability, with a focus on cloud-native solutions.
- Implement advanced security and data protection measures, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate closely with QA and product teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth deployments.
Work Experience Requirements:
- 8+ years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on backend engineering using .NET Core.
- Proven expertise in developing Web API/RESTful services at scale (including WebSockets).
- Deep proficiency in relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and ORM frameworks, with strong query optimization skills.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and cloud-native architectures.
- Familiarity with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis) and distributed caching strategies.
- Strong knowledge of version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Solid understanding of event-driven architecture, including message brokers and queue services (e.g., NATS.io, RabbitMQ, Kafka, Azure Service Bus, AWS SQS).
- Exposure to containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes) is highly desirable.
Preferred Skills:
- Backend expertise in .NET 6+.

- Proficiency in English is preferred.
