Key Responsibilities:
- Architect, design, and develop reactive, scalable backend services within a microservices architecture.
- Lead technical initiatives including setting coding standards and conducting design reviews.
- Own the end-to-end development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment.
- Optimize backend services for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Implement advanced security and data protection measures to comply with industry standards.
- Collaborate with QA and product teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines.
Experience Requirements:
- 8+ years of professional experience in software development focusing on backend engineering with .NET Core.
- Expertise in developing Web API/RESTful services at scale.
- Proficiency in relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and ORM frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and cloud-native architectures.
- Familiarity with NoSQL databases and distributed caching strategies.
- Knowledge of version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of event-driven architecture and message brokers.
Preferred Skills:
- Backend expertise in .NET 6+.
- Exposure to containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes) is highly desirable.
