Roles & Responsibilities:
- Architect, design, and develop reactive, scalable, high-performance backend services using .NET Core.
- Lead technical initiatives, set coding standards, and ensure adherence to best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
- Optimize backend services for performance, scalability, and reliability, focusing on cloud-native solutions.
- Implement advanced security and data protection measures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth deployments and maintain high-quality solutions.
Work Experience Requirements:
- 8+ years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on backend engineering using .NET Core.
- Proven expertise in developing Web API/RESTful services at scale.
- Deep proficiency in relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and ORM frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and cloud-native architectures.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of event-driven architecture, including message brokers and queue services.
Language Requirements: English proficiency is implied for communication within the company and possibly with clients.
