We trade on more than 80 exchanges and work with a wide array of asset issuers. As a well-established market maker, our expertise encompasses market making, options trading, high-frequency trading, OTC, and DeFi trading desks. We are pioneers in using the Rust Development language for our algorithmic trading and support Web3 startups through our Accelerator Program, injecting liquidity into promising DeFi, RWA, and NFT protocols.
We are looking for a Rust or C++ Engineer with extensive (HFT) Trading Systems experience to join our rapidly growing Options Business Unit’s fully remote engineering team. The ideal candidate must be willing to learn and become proficient in Rust.
You will be tasked with building and improving our low latency options trading system, solving significant business problems that impact our bottom line. We welcome candidates in either Asian or European time zones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop scalable systems architecture and simple extendable APIs.
- Work within a globally remote synchronous team, exhibiting strong problem-solving skills.
- Own projects from initial requirements gathering through to deployment.
- Maintain an operational mindset, with a grasp of infrastructure and deployments.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years in expert low latency and/or data-heavy (trading) systems.
- Strong experience in Rust and/or C/C++.
- Experience with unit and integration testing, or equivalent functional testing approaches.
- Knowledge of options trading or keen interest in the field.
- Previous experience with exchange connectivity and/or FPGA technologies is a plus.
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL databases and protobuf-based protocols is essential.
