Responsibilities
- Provide backend service expertise for developing new features.
- Work closely with design, product, and other cross-functional teams.
- Contribute to overall system design and code quality improvement.
- Enhance product quality through bug fixes and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams in Asia.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related fields.
- At least 2 years of backend software development experience.
- Proficiency in general-purpose programming languages such as Golang, Java, or Python.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Working proficiency in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with messaging middleware, relational databases, and backend architecture.
- Passion for building large-scale products with performance and user experience in mind.
- Curiosity about learning new technologies and methodologies.
