Responsibilities:
- Develop server-side projects for ByteDance's travel products, ensuring the delivery of highly available, high-performance, scalable solutions through quality design and coding.
- Explore tools and processes to enhance team efficiency, contributing to the team's technical development and environment.
- Participate in all stages of the product delivery cycle, including requirement review, system design, testing support, system monitoring and operation, and project management.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in computer science or related fields.
- Familiarity with Java or Golang; experience with JVM or Golang pprof tuning methods.
- Knowledge of distributed system design patterns, and experience with message queues, distributed storage, caching, and related technologies.
- Understanding of operating systems, computer networks, information security, data structures, and algorithms.
- Experience with MySQL and NoSQL databases, including usage and optimization, and the ability to independently analyze and solve related problems.
- Proficiency in at least one scripting language and the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems on Linux.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of leading medium and large project developments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with AI/ML and their application in a business context.
