Responsibilities
- Provide backend service expertise in developing new features by collaborating closely with design, product, and other cross-functional teams.
- Contribute to overall system design and code quality improvement.
- Improve product quality through bug fixes, performance analysis, and tuning.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams in Asia.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of backend software development/engineering experience.
- A strong developer and problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Working proficiency and communication skills in English.
Skills Set
- Proficiency in Java, Go, PHP, C++, JavaScript, MySQL, and NoSQL.
- Familiarity with systems design, data structures, algorithms, and performance tuning.
- Good to have experience in artificial intelligence and machine learning.
Preferred Qualifications
- Passion for building large-scale products with incredible performance, stability, and user experiences.
