Responsibilities
- Provide backend service expertise in developing new features by working closely with design, product, and other cross-functional teams.
- Contribute to overall system design and code quality improvement.
- Enhance product quality through bug fixes, performance analysis, and tuning.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams in Asia.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related fields.
- At least 2 years of backend software development experience.
- Proficiency in general-purpose programming languages such as Golang, Java, or Python.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Working proficiency and communication skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with or knowledge of messaging middleware, relational databases, and common backend architecture.
- Passion for building large-scale products with exceptional performance and user experience.
- Strong desire to learn new technologies and practices.
