Job Responsibilities:
- Develop server-side projects for the company's enterprise solutions, ensuring high availability, performance, and scalability through exceptional design and coding.
- Participate in backend infrastructure construction, and engage in research and problem-solving related to new technologies.
- Explore tools and processes to boost team efficiency and contribute to the team's technical development.
- Engage in all stages of the product delivery cycle, including requirement communication, system design, testing support, monitoring, operation of online systems, and project management.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or related fields.
- Proficient in Java or Golang, with experience in JVM / Golang profiling and troubleshooting.
- Familiar with distributed system design patterns and technologies such as message queues, distributed storage, caching, and locking mechanisms.
- Knowledgeable in operating systems, computer networks, and information security, with problem-solving skills using data structures and algorithms.
- Experience with MySQL and other NoSQL databases, with strong analytical and optimization abilities.
- Proficient in at least one scripting language and capable of troubleshooting on Linux systems.
- Strong self-learning capability and a proactive approach to keeping skills updated.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with a sense of responsibility.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their application in business contexts.
Language Requirements:
- Proficiency in English is required.
