The Office Intelligence team focuses on delivering advanced product solutions in the Corporate Service Management domain, enhancing management efficiency and user experience of staff services. We build intelligent decision-making platforms for business owners and create efficient and comfortable office lifestyles for employees. \n \nJob Responsibilities: \n- Responsible for server-side project development of ByteDance's enterprise solution products, delivering highly available, high-performance, and scalable business products through quality design and coding. \n- Participate in backend infrastructure construction, including new technology research and tackling difficult technical problems. \n- Explore tools and processes to improve team efficiency, contributing to the team's technical development and enhancing the technical environment. \n- Contribute throughout the product delivery cycle, including requirement communication, system design, testing communication and support, monitoring and operation of online systems, and project management. \n \nQualifications: \nMinimum Qualifications: \n- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in computer science or related fields. \n- Familiarity with Java or Golang technology stack; knowledge of JVM / Golang pprof tuning methods is preferred. \n- Understanding of distributed system design patterns, skilled in using message queues, distributed storage, cache, and locks to build robust systems. \n- Knowledge of operating systems, computer networks, and information security, using data structures and algorithms for problem-solving. \n- Experience with MySQL and NoSQL databases, including usage and optimization. \n- Proficient in at least one scripting language and able to troubleshoot on Linux. \n- Strong self-learning ability and awareness of server-side technology progression. \n- Good execution, strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication, and collaboration skills, capable of leading medium and large projects. \n- Proficiency in English is a must. \n \nPreferred Qualifications: \n- Familiarity with AI / ML and the ability to apply these skills in a business context. \n \nByteDance is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives, and strives to celebrate diverse voices within the workplace.
