Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the server-side project development of the company's enterprise solution products, ensuring high availability, performance, and scalability through quality design and coding.
- Participate in the construction of backend infrastructure, engage in new technology research, and tackle complex technical challenges.
- Explore tools and processes to improve team efficiency, actively contributing to the team's technical development and atmosphere.
- Engage in all stages of the product delivery cycle, including requirements communication, system design, testing, online system operation, and project management.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field preferred.
- Proficient in Java or Golang; familiar with JVM/Golang profiling, and capable of quickly resolving service problems.
- Knowledgeable in distributed system design patterns, message queues, distributed storage, caching, and locking technologies to develop efficient systems.
- Understanding of operating systems, computer networks, and information security, with capabilities in common data structures and algorithms.
- Experience with MySQL and mainstream NoSQL databases, able to analyze and resolve related issues independently.
- Familiar with at least one scripting language and able to troubleshoot on Linux.
- Strong self-learning ability, keeping up with developments in server-side technologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a strong sense of responsibility and ability to lead medium to large projects.
- Proficiency in English is essential.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with AI/ML and the ability to apply these technologies in a business context.
