Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for server-side project development of enterprise solution products, ensuring the delivery of highly available, high-performance, and scalable business products through quality design and coding.
- Participate in backend infrastructure construction, addressing new technology research and complex technical issues.
- Explore tools and processes to enhance team efficiency, actively contributing to the team's technical construction and atmosphere.
- Contribute at all stages of the product delivery cycle, including requirement communication, system design, testing support, and project management.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher; preferred major in Computer Science or related fields.
- Familiarity with Java or Golang; experience with JVM/Golang pprof tuning methods.
- Knowledge of distributed system design patterns, and experience with message queues, distributed storage, and caching.
- Proficient in operating systems, computer networks, information security, and problem-solving with data structures and algorithms.
- Experience with MySQL and mainstream NoSQL databases, including usage and optimization.
- Proficiency in at least one scripting language for troubleshooting on Linux.
- Strong self-learning ability with a commitment to keeping professional skills updated.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; capable of leading medium to large projects.
- Proficiency in English is a must.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with AI/ML and its application in business.
