Backend Software Engineer Project Intern

The Corporate Service System team at the company aims to deliver advanced product solutions in the corporate service domain, enhancing management efficiency and the user experience of staff services. As a project intern, you will engage in impactful short-term projects that provide invaluable real-world experience. Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design, development, testing, and deployment of software solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to solve technical challenges.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation.
• Work with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and quality assurance, to deliver high-quality features.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master’s degree in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Golang, Java, C++, Python).
• Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software development principles.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git), databases (SQL or NoSQL), and cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with AI, Machine Learning, or Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Familiarity with frameworks or technologies such as Spring Boot, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face.
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, or containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

Work Conditions:

• Minimum 3-month internship commitment.
• On-site participation in Dubai.

Language Requirements:

• Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
