Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the server-side project development of the company's travel products, delivering highly available, high-performance, and scalable solutions through high-quality design and coding.
- Explore tools and processes to improve team efficiency and contribute to the team's technical development.
- Engage in all stages of the product delivery cycle, including requirement review, system design, testing communication and support, monitoring and operation of production systems, and project management.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in computer science or a related field.
- Familiarity with Java or Golang technology stack, with the ability to quickly identify service issues.
- Knowledge of distributed system design patterns and experience with message queues, distributed storage, caching, locks, and other technologies.
- Understanding of operating systems, computer networks, information security, and problem-solving with data structures and algorithms.
- Experience with MySQL and mainstream NoSQL databases, capable of independent analysis and problem-solving.
- Proficiency in at least one scripting language, with the ability to troubleshoot on Linux.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of leading medium to large project developments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with AI/ML and their application to business domains.
