Responsibilities:
- Develop server-side projects for ByteDance's travel products, delivering high availability, performance, and scalability through quality design and coding.
- Explore tools and processes to enhance team efficiency and contribute to the team’s technical growth.
- Engage in all stages of the product delivery cycle, including requirement review, system design, testing communication, monitoring, operational support, and project management.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in computer science or a related field.
- Familiarity with Java or Golang technology stacks, with experience in performance tuning.
- Knowledge of distributed system design patterns and technologies, including message queues and distributed storage.
- Expertise in operating systems, computer networks, and information security with problem-solving ability using common data structures and algorithms.
- Experience with MySQL and NoSQL databases, and capability to independently analyze and resolve related issues.
- Proficiency in at least one scripting language and ability to troubleshoot on Linux.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience leading medium to large projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with AI/ML and application within the business domain.
