About the Job: Banking Enterprise Architects play a crucial role in defining and maintaining the target-state architecture, roadmap, and technology standards to support business goals. They will establish architecture governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements in security, risk, and data privacy. This position involves designing enterprise-wide, scalable solutions for core banking, payment systems, digital channels, and wealth platforms. Key responsibilities include leading technical evaluations, vendor selections, and proof-of-concept initiatives, as well as partnering with senior business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to drive IT transformation. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of modern microservices architecture, API design, and data architecture, with an ability to translate complex technical concepts into executive-level strategies, ensuring that architecture adheres to banking regulations and setting strategies for data management and security.
