Job Description:

• Define and own solution architectures for banking (mobile, web) and core banking systems.
• Evaluate and implement technologies, including Java, APIs, and microservices architecture, from a Technology & Integration point of view.
• Ensure all solutions comply with banking regulations, data privacy laws, and security standards.
• Collaborate with business leaders to translate business requirements into functional, secure, and technical specifications.
• Guide development teams, perform design reviews, and resolve technical issues throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Create comprehensive architectural artifacts, including diagrams, data models, and documentation.

Qualifications:

• 12+ years of experience within banking.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to map business needs to technical solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for data inconsistencies and performance issues.
• Deep understanding of core banking systems (e.g., Equation, T24), payment gateways, or digital banking platforms.
