Job Description:
- Develop and maintain BASE24 Eps customizations and enhancements.
- Analyze and resolve customization-related issues and defects.
- Perform code remediation and minor enhancement development.
- Support service pack and release uplift activities.
- Analyze customer customizations against new BASE24-eps releases.
- Retrofit custom code to new product versions and service packs.
- Support deployment, testing, and release implementation activities.
- Collaborate with support teams for complex production issues.
- Work closely with ACI product teams on technical escalations.
- Ensure solutions comply with Saudi payments requirements and customer standards.
Required Skills:
- Strong BASE24 Eps development experience.
- COBOL/C/C++ and UNIX/Linux expertise.
- Payment switching, acquiring, issuing, ATM, and POS domain knowledge.
- Release management and service pack upgrade experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and code analysis skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
