Position

The company is seeking an international employee benefits specialist to join our Global Expansions Benefits team. This role will support the benefits team on benefit design, strategy, implementation, and documentation of benefit expansion activities worldwide, including in the US, for the company’s Global Expansions and M&A activities. The role encompasses financial benefits, health and welfare benefits, and time away programs. The individual in this role will be responsible for supporting the benefits expansion team’s workstream for multiple key expansions and M&A initiatives, identifying new opportunities to meet the needs of our fast-growing business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Benefit Strategy, Program Management and Design: Support the benefit manager in aligning benefit programs with the company’s Global Benefits Framework, market practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Implementation: Assist with implementation activities of approved benefit programs, including provider selection, project planning, and process documentation.
  • Benefits Integration: Support benefit manager in acquisitions where the company has established benefits programs.
  • Governance and Compliance: Ensure alignment with the company’s benefit philosophy and local regulatory requirements.
  • Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships and performance across all applicable benefit programs.

A Day in the Life: A typical day involves collaboration with Expansion and M&A Project Managers, HR leaders, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and other key stakeholders. The role requires partnering with various teams to develop and track progress against benefits workstreams, evaluate compliance requirements, and propose new benefits.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience using English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to work independently on end-to-end projects.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Degree-level education with 3-5 years of experience in employee benefits.
  • Experience in multi-country employee benefit program development and delivery.
  • Vendor management experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Experience in employee benefit plan design including healthcare, workers compensation, and pension schemes.
  • Focus on driving program efficiency and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Language Requirements: Proficiency in English is required.
