We are looking for an experienced BI Developer/Consultant with 4–6 years of extensive experience in building end-to-end Business Intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on skills in a major BI tool, preferably Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik, and must be fluent in Arabic. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and consultative skills as you'll be gathering requirements from business stakeholders and translating them into actionable dashboards and reports.

Key Responsibilities
- Build BI solutions from data modeling and visualization to deployment
- Develop expertise in at least one major BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik)
- Optimize SQL queries and manage stored procedures and complex joins
- Perform data modeling using star schema and dimensional modeling techniques
- Build and troubleshoot data pipelines using ETL/ELT processes
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements for dashboards and reports
- Utilize DAX or equivalent calculation language for Power BI solutions
Requirements
- 4–6+ years of experience in BI solution development
- Strong SQL skills and experience with query optimization, stored procedures, and complex joins
- Experience in data modeling and ETL/ELT processes
- Proficiency in a major BI tool, with expert-level skills in at least one
- Must be fluent in Arabic
Good to Have
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric or similar unified analytics platforms
- Exposure to Python or R for advanced analytics
- Experience presenting insights to executive and C-level audiences
- Background in operations, logistics, parking, or municipal data
- Familiarity with data governance and row-level security implementation
- Prior consulting experience with a strong client-facing background
