BI Dashboard Developer

About the Job:
We are looking for a skilled BI Dashboard Developer / Data Management Support professional with strong expertise in MicroStrategy (MSTR) and BI support within the Investment Banking & Capital Markets domain.

What We’re Looking For:

• Hands-on MicroStrategy (MSTR) experience
• Strong understanding of BI support & data workflows
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance MicroStrategy dashboards and reports
• Provide production support for BI applications
• Manage MSTR upgrades and change implementations
• Deliver Level 1 & Level 2 support and coordinate with L3 teams
• Build and maintain interactive, user-friendly dashboards

Data & BI Expertise:

• Manage data feeds, validation, and issue resolution
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance optimization
• Apply strong data management practices in BI environments
