About the Role
We are seeking a BI Developer/Consultant with a strong background in building end-to-end Business Intelligence (BI) solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the entire BI journey, from data modeling and visualization to deployment. This role requires close interaction with business stakeholders to translate their needs into actionable insights and data-driven reports. A strong command of the Arabic language is essential for effective communication in this position.

Key Responsibilities
- Build end-to-end BI solutions, including data modeling, visualization, and deployment.
- Develop strong, hands-on skills in a major BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik), achieving expert-level proficiency in at least one tool.
- Write and optimize SQL queries, including stored procedures and complex joins.
- Create robust data models using star schema and dimensional modeling techniques.
- Manage ETL/ELT processes, constructing and troubleshooting data pipelines that feed into BI layers.
- Gather and analyze requirements directly from business stakeholders, translating them into effective dashboards and reports.
- Utilize DAX or an equivalent calculation-language proficiency, particularly if specializing in Power BI.
Requirements
- 4–6+ years of experience building comprehensive BI solutions.
- Proficiency in a major BI tool with expert-level skills in at least one.
- Strong SQL skills focused on query optimization and complex data manipulation.
- Experience in data modeling and ETL/ELT processes.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to consult effectively with stakeholders.
- Must be proficient in Arabic.
Good to Have
- Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric or similar unified analytics platforms.
- Exposure to Python or R for advanced analytics contributing to BI layers.
- Experience presenting insights to executive or C-level audiences.
- Domain expertise in operations, logistics, parking, or municipal data.
- Knowledge of data governance and row-level security implementation.
- Prior consulting experience with a client-facing engagement and stakeholder management background.

- This role is based in KSA and requires on-site presence.
