Key Responsibilities
- Enable Data as a Service: Treat data as a consumable asset, creating self-service, reusable data products for the organization.
- Bridge Business & Tech: Translate needs from business unit, especially in the area of Customer Experience, into GCP data product & technical specs.
- Act as Consultant: Advise business units on how to formulate questions, design experiments, and use data to solve operational roadblocks.
- Advocate Strategy: Champion best practices for data governance, self-service BI, and data-informed decision.
- Uncover Trends: Analyze complex data, passenger, and customer journey datasets to drive strategic decisions.
- Support the CXBI Manager in accomplishing deliverables for the assigned portfolio.
- Develop insightful dashboards for the Customer Experience department.

Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with a minimum of 4 years of job-related experience.
Essential
- Experience in a similar role with a focus on Power BI, Alteryx, SQL.
- Experience working in the Data Analytics field as data product development or product owner.
- Experience in Customer Experience & customer journey area in an airline.
- Work experience in managing (processing and analyzing) voluminous data.
- Experience in preparing and giving presentations on business performance to middle and senior management.
- Systematic and logical approach to problem-solving and a capability of working around problems.
