Key Responsibilities
- Serve as bid manager for preparing techno-commercial offers for complex LV Drives, Motors Retrofit, DCS, SCADA, and PLC tenders.
- Create competitive offers for LV Drives and automation projects/services, including cost calculations.
- Coordinate with front-end sales, factory sales, and support functions to develop cost-optimized solutions based on customer requirements.
- Support sales with administrative tasks, offer and risk reviews, and strategic considerations of the scope of delivery with appropriate contractual terms.
- Provide technical assistance for the front-end sales organization in meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Define sales price based on market pricing and cost calculations.
- Communicate the value propositions of the company's products, systems, and services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with VFD systems, including design, selection, configuration, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
- At least 3 years of experience in selecting and configuring automation systems (PCS7, SIMATIC S7, and WinCC).
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in techno-commercial bid preparation and project management.
- Strong client-facing skills and ability to collaborate with clients and contractors.
- Experience in applications within cranes, glass, water and wastewater, petrochemical, and oil & gas industries.
- Willingness to travel and work off-site as needed.
Desirable Skills
- Hands-on experience with SINAMICS products (S120, S210, G120, G130, G150), SIMATIC MICRO-DRIVES, DCM, and SIMOTICS.
- Familiarity with SCADA and PLC systems such as WinCC, S7-400, S7-300, and S7-1200.
