BIE engineer- UAE National

About the Role
Support the Ultra-Fast Grocery team by publishing accurate and timely reports and dashboards for weekly business reviews. You will streamline and automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort. In this role, you will partner with Business Analysts, BI Engineers, and Program Managers to understand data requirements and support the creation of clean, well-documented data pipelines, while maintaining strong operational discipline and clear ownership.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with publishing reports/dashboards for the Ultra-Fast Grocery team.
• Streamline reporting mechanisms and focus on automating models.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, partnering with Business Analysts, BI Engineers, and Program Managers to understand data needs; deliver clean and documented raw data pipelines; and maintain clear boundaries around pipeline ownership and scope.
• Ensure operational excellence by making sure reports are published on time for weekly reviews.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or Master's degree in business, data science, public administration, finance, engineering, human resources or a related field.
• Experience in creating process improvements through automation and analysis, or experience developing financial models in Excel with advanced functions (pivot tables, macros, VBA, Power Query).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using SQL to pull data and metrics to deliver reports.
