Bilingual Emcee / Event Host (Arabic and English)

About the Role
We are looking for a confident, professional MC to host an awards ceremony in Riyadh on 10 November 2026. This is a one-day freelance booking.
You will be the voice and face of the ceremony on stage, guiding the audience from start to finish. You will:

• Open and close the ceremony
• Introduce speakers, guests and VIPs
• Present awards and announce winners
• Keep the running order on time
• Engage the audience throughout
  You will work closely with the client and the production team to ensure the ceremony runs smoothly, and you will need to adapt on the spot if timings or the running order change.

Key Responsibilities
Ceremony Hosting

• Host the ceremony from start to finish, setting the tone and keeping the audience engaged.
• Introduce speakers, VIPs and segments clearly and confidently.
• Present awards and manage on-stage moments with winners and presenters.

Preparation

• Review the script, running order and speaker details before the event.
• Attend the rehearsal and briefing with the client and production team.
• Check the pronunciation of names and titles, especially for VIPs and senior guests.

Live Delivery

• Keep the ceremony on schedule and work with the stage manager on cues and timings.
• Handle last-minute changes, delays or technical issues calmly and professionally.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an MC or host for award ceremonies, corporate or government events.
• Fluent Arabic and English, with the ability to host bilingually on stage.
• A confident, polished stage presence suited to formal and senior audiences.
• A showreel or video clips of previous hosting work.
• Availability on 10 November 2026, including the rehearsal.

Ideal Background

• An MC who has hosted award ceremonies or high-profile events in Saudi Arabia or the GCC.

Languages

• Fluent Arabic and English are required.
