In this position, you will assist management in addressing existing and evolving operating and financial issues. Your responsibilities will include verifying the accuracy of figures, postings, and documents, as well as organizing and maintaining all files, records, and cash equivalents. You will be tasked with recording, storing, accessing, and analyzing computerized financial information. Further duties include classifying, coding, and summarizing numerical and financial data to compile and maintain financial records using journals, ledgers, and/or computers.

You will prepare, maintain, audit, and distribute statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, or payroll reports and tables. Additional tasks involve preparing, reviewing, reconciling, and issuing bills, invoices, and account statements. You will also review, reconcile, and process credit card vouchers, advance deposits, overpayments, cancelled reservations, tax exemptions, and voucher invoices.

In this role, you will respond to and resolve questions or disputes from the Shared Service Center/guests, credit card companies, and banks. Conducting credit checks, following up on past due accounts, and managing collections of check guarantee service accounts will also be part of your responsibilities.

You will assist management in training, evaluating, counseling, and motivating employees and serve as a role model and first point of contact for the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy process. Maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures is essential. Anticipating and addressing guests’ service needs and communicating effectively will be key aspects of your role. You will also work to develop and maintain positive working relationships with others and ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.

Physical requirements include standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, and the ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing 10 pounds or less without assistance. You may be required to perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.
  • Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
  • License or Certification: None required.
